The 2026 Finance Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management finance, financial analysis, and global business operations. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions and gain exposure to international financial practices, reporting, and project management.

You will work closely with experienced finance professionals on projects that drive business performance, efficiency, and profitability. This program serves as a direct pipeline for potential full-time opportunities at Rodriguez Services An RRS Group & Co Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for property management projects.

  • Support the analysis of financial data and prepare performance reports for senior management.

  • Collaborate with global finance teams across multiple regions to ensure accurate consolidation of financial information.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects within finance operations.

  • Conduct research on market trends, investment opportunities, and risk management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum GPA: 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling or accounting systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
